Concurrent with his medical practice, Dr. Cao has been appointed to positions of service in two regulated professions: the practice of medicine and the practice of law. He was appointed an expert reviewer for the Medical Board of California. And it is Dr. Cao’s sense of duty to serve which motivates him to positively contribute to public safety and his local community
